Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how StoneCraftOS (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit stonecraftos.com, request a demo, use our live demo, or use the StoneCraftOS software and related services (together, the “Services”). StoneCraftOS is business software built for stone fabrication and countertop companies in the United States.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Demo and contact requests: name, company, email address, phone number, jobs per month, and whether you want a call or to explore the live demo.
- Account information: name, email address, role and login credentials for users of the software.
- Billing information: plan and payment details. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers, only limited information such as card brand, last four digits and a payment token.
- Communications: messages, support requests and feedback you send us.
Information we collect automatically
- IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) in the link you used.
- Server logs and security events used to keep the Services working and secure.
Customer Content
When a business uses the software, it enters information about its own customers, jobs, measurements, drawings, photos, estimates, proposals, inventory and schedules (“Customer Content”). We process Customer Content on that business’s behalf, as described in section 6.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Our public website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary, such as a session cookie that keeps a form submission secure. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on the public website. The software uses session cookies to keep you signed in. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
3. How we use information
- To respond to demo requests, schedule calls and provide access to the live demo.
- To provide, maintain, secure and improve the Services, and to provide customer support.
- To process payments and send service messages such as account, billing and security notices.
- To send marketing communications about StoneCraftOS, which you can opt out of at any time (section 8).
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and misuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the Services under contract, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing and, for optional AI-assisted features, AI model providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property and safety of StoneCraftOS, our customers or others.
- A successor in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. The live demo
Please do not enter real customer data in the live demo. The demo is a shared sample shop. Anything you enter may be visible to other demo visitors and is erased when the demo resets, which happens regularly. The contact details you give us to open the demo are stored as a demo request, as described in this policy.
6. Customer Content: our role
For Customer Content, the business that uses StoneCraftOS decides what information to enter and why. That business is responsible for having the right to collect it and for responding to requests from its own customers. We act as its service provider and process Customer Content only to provide the Services, following the business’s instructions and our agreement with it. If you are a customer of a stone fabrication company and want to access or delete your information, please contact that company directly.
7. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including to provide the Services, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Demo requests are kept while we are following up and for a reasonable period afterwards. After an account is closed, Customer Content is deleted or returned according to our agreement with the customer, subject to backups that expire on a regular schedule.
8. Marketing communications
If you give us your email address or phone number in a demo request, you agree that we may contact you about StoneCraftOS by email, phone or text message. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, and you can reply STOP to any text message. We will still send you service messages related to an account or a request you made.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit and separation of each customer’s data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access or correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of the sale, sharing or targeted-advertising use of it. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information for those purposes. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To make a request, email privacy@stonecraftos.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
11. International visitors
The Services are designed for businesses in the United States and are operated from the United States. If you use them from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
12. Children
The Services are business tools and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, for example by posting a notice on the website or emailing account holders.
